Purpose :
  •      		 Exploring best practices for the sustainable development of and/or access to Grid infrastructure, Grid business,
      and Grid applications for all APEC economies
  •      		 Introducing success stories and sharing experiences related to the R&D and other resources (both public and
      private) for Grid infrastructure, Grid business, and Grid applications
  •      		 Discussion of what the appropriate role for government is in the deployment and utilization of Grid technologies
      developed by APEC economies
  •      		 Building a collaboration environment such as a shared prototype, that includes developing economies, for solving
      shared problems such as earthquakes and tsunami are confronted in the APEC region
  •      		 Wrap-Up and discussion of potential next steps/considerations and other issues
